Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A integration execution, managing the complete integration lifecycle
• Serve as the primary point of contact for acquired teams during the transition period
• Build and report integration KPIs to leadership, ensuring alignment and operational readiness

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BizOps, Strategy & Operations, or Program Management
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex initiatives across multiple departments
• Prior experience with Quote to Cash (Q2C) or Procure to Pay (P2P) initiatives
• Strong analytical skills to structure problems and develop creative solutions
• Adaptability and execution excellence in fast-paced environments
