Program Manager, M&A Integration

Job Summary

Experienced Program Managers will find a 12-month contract opportunity as a Program Manager, M&A Integration, where they will manage the execution of complex M&A integrations, drive planning and governance, and coordinate cross-functional communication in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own the core operating cadence for M&A integration, including weekly executive updates and cross-functional program forums
• Prepare and present weekly executive integration updates, highlighting status, risks, and milestones
• Coordinate weekly status reviews with workstream leads to ensure alignment and accountability across teams

Required qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in program management or related fields
• Bachelor's degree and/or MBA
• Significant experience in leading complex cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility
• Familiarity with M&A integration and transformation programs
• Strong skills in status reporting, RAID management, and milestone tracking
