Program Manager, Maximum Impact

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Maximum Impact Incubator.

Key Responsibilities

• Collate data on costs and effects of high-impact interventions through literature reviews and discussions
• Critically evaluate the strength of the evidence base for interventions and identify data gaps
• Conduct cost-effectiveness analysis and synthesize outputs for internal and external communications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of business experience in a fast-paced work environment
• Experience in conducting rigorous research and presenting findings to various audiences
• Experience in costing analysis and/or modeling program impacts
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
