Program Manager, Medical Affairs

Job Summary

To deliver key projects for the Medical & Scientific Affairs team, the full-time remote Program Manager, Medical Affairs will lead cross-functional teams, drive project execution using Danaher Business System tools, and provide operational support for Medical Affairs objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead key projects and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-scope, and within-budget delivery
• Drive execution of MedSci projects using various tools and apply problem-solving principles to address critical issues
• Provide operations support for Medical Affairs objectives, including KPIs and standard work sustainment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/engineering field with 7+ years of program management experience, or an advanced degree (PhD, MD) with 4+ years of program management experience
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional partners
• Experience in or knowledge of in vitro diagnostics (IVDs) is preferred
• PMP certification is a plus; willingness to pursue certification if not currently certified
• Previous medical affairs experience is advantageous
