Program Manager, National Accounts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, National Accounts to support its Employee Benefits practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple client-facing and internal initiatives
• Develop and execute integrated project plans for major client deliverables
• Ensure timely delivery of programs and projects while managing stakeholder expectations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and tools
• PMI certification (e.g., PgMP, PMP) preferred
• At least 4-6 years in diverse roles with leadership responsibilities across major projects
