Program Manager - NC3 C2

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) / Command and Control (C2) Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide program-level oversight and integration across the NMCS portfolio encompassing NC3 and C2 policy, governance, operations, and assessments
• Oversee planning, execution, and coordination across multiple functional areas and subordinate project managers
• Integrate assessment and operational data to identify enterprise risks, trends, and gaps

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with NC2-ESI eligibility
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of relevant program management experience supporting complex operational or policy-driven portfolios
• U.S. Citizenship
