Program Manager, Network Operations

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day operations for the Network, the full-time Program Manager, Network Operations will oversee initiatives to support network goals, enhance member engagement, and ensure compliance with industry standards while working remotely from Texas.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day Network operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established standards
• Oversee the onboarding of new member practices and maintain ongoing member requirements
• Maximize the use of Salesforce and other CRM tools for member engagement and data analytics

Required qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare environment
• Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Preferred: At least 3 years working in a clinically integrated physician network
• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in a primary-care or clinical outpatient practice
• Preferred: Graduate or professional work or advanced degree (MHA or MBA) or equivalent experience
