Program Manager, New Product Introduction

Job Summary

Managing the New Product Introduction program, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee product delivery across business units, improve processes, and facilitate communication to ensure alignment and timely execution of initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enhance the NPI program using Monday.com software
• Coordinate with NPI representatives and executive stakeholders to ensure business alignment and prioritize initiatives
• Identify and resolve roadblocks in the NPI process while providing regular updates to leadership

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of technical design experience
• 5+ years of project management experience
• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with change management and ISO processes
• Exceptional skills in Microsoft Suite and Monday.com
• Understanding of software development and experience in Agile development teams is a plus
