Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Communities of Practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fellowship management, including program design, application processes, and training development
• Provide ongoing support to newsrooms, track progress, and document program impact
• Facilitate networking and collaboration among participants and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in solutions journalism and at least five years as a news reporter or editor
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to effectively plan and execute projects
• Deep understanding of Latino/non-white Hispanic communities and cultural competency
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and effective communication skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
