Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering management, or related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in leading complex electronics production programs
• Proven ability to build strong customer and stakeholder relationships
• Knowledge of the global aviation market and military aviation regulations
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
