Key Responsibilities

Own integrated workback plans and lead operating cadences for program execution
Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) programs and manage phased rollouts
Coordinate readiness activities and ensure deliverables are clear and publish-ready

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of program or project management experience
Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Experience managing UAT, pilots, or phased rollouts
Strong cross-functional leadership skills without direct authority
Advanced PowerPoint creation and presentation experience
