Job Summary

To support internal operations, the contract Program Manager Non Tech 3 will manage commercial escalations, ensuring cases are triaged and directed to the appropriate internal resources promptly, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor queues to analyze and assign incoming cases to the appropriate internal teams or individuals
  • Ensure all cases are assigned within 20 minutes of receipt and respond to internal inquiries within the same timeframe
  • Consult with teammates on complex case ownership and provide support with report generation and analysis
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years in a customer-facing service role
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Flexibility to adapt working hours according to business needs, including weekends and on-call rotations
  • Ability to learn new technologies, processes, and support management policies
  • Must meet security screening requirements as needed
