Job Summary

Managing complex customer experience programs, the remote contract Program Manager Non Tech 3 will drive execution, stakeholder engagement, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to support strategic initiatives for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution, readiness, and validation for complex customer experience programs
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communication across multiple teams and leadership levels
• Plan and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and phased deployment activities

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of program or project management experience, preferably with enterprise organizations
• Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
• Experience managing UAT, pilots, or phased rollouts
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
