Program Manager Non Tech

Job Summary

Managing multiple cross-functional initiatives, the full-time remote Program Manager Non Tech 3 will own project plans, ensure launch readiness, and coordinate stakeholder engagement while driving execution and improving operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate projects by creating detailed plans and integrating activities across teams
• Present proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders and leadership
• Analyze operational needs and assess project feasibility while overseeing team member recruitment and development

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management within a corporate environment
• Proven ability to independently drive projects from planning through execution
• Strong operational mindset with a bias toward action
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Excel, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint, and project management tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive reporting skills
