Program Manager, North America

Job Summary

Supporting the US & Canada Campaigns Director, the full-time remote Program Manager, North America will manage the execution of policy strategies and initiatives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across local and global teams while driving operational excellence and reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with the US & Canada Campaign Director to develop strategy presentations and track deliverables
• Implement and enhance policy programs across regions, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
• Facilitate communication between local campaign teams and global leadership, identifying risks and opportunities

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in US or Canadian political and/or policy campaign work
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programs with senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with North American legislative and regulatory processes
• Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented and process-driven approach
