Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Leads and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans
• Establish and maintain integrated program schedules and manage resources and budgets
• Lead risk identification, response planning, and facilitate communication across various functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences with 10+ years of experience, Master's degree with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years
• Significant experience in developing drugs for obesity and managing global drug development efforts
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management theory and proficiency with project management software
• Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams, manage conflict, and drive consensus
