Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager of the Southern Workers Opportunity Fund (SWO).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate ongoing grantee cohorts and lead grantmaking for the Southern Workers Opportunity Fund
• Develop a deep understanding of grantees and analyze the field to identify collaboration opportunities
• Support the next round of SWO grantees by addressing their needs and fostering partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of community development and economic development issues
