Job Summary

Leading the strategic implementation of the Open School program, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage operations, customer onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance learner experiences and drive program growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of strategies for Open School, ensuring coordination of systems, budget oversight, and data integrity
• Oversee customer lifecycle management, enhancing onboarding and support processes to drive satisfaction and retention
• Develop cross-functional collaboration frameworks, serving as the primary operational connector between internal teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in online program operations or customer success
• Experience managing a program budget of $2-5 million
• Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and Marketing
• Familiarity with subscription-based services and digital learning
