Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager Operations - Pilots & Proof of Concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of pilot and proof-of-concept initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable value
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent pilots across various product lines
• Define success metrics and track pilot outcomes, supporting the transition of successful pilots to full production contracts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field
• 4-6 years of program or project management experience, preferably in healthcare technology
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
