Program Manager, Operations Integration

Job Summary

To drive operational excellence across Last Mile services, the remote full-time Program Manager, Operations Integration will manage complex operational programs, ensuring successful launch and adoption of new initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the owner and champion of multiple operational programs, including process improvements and system enhancements
• Create detailed project and program plans, tracking milestones, task owners, and dependencies
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in processes, developing scalable solutions to improve performance and consistency

Required qualifications

• 6 plus years of experience in project or program management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong analytical background with experience in business analysis or FP&A
• Demonstrated success in leading complex cross-functional initiatives
• Experience in fleet maintenance, field operations, or service delivery industries
