Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide Prior Authorization (PA) governance, the full-time Program Manager - PA Governance will manage multiple initiatives through the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and compliance through standardized operations and governance practices
  • Develop and execute strategies for PA improvement, managing project plans, resources, and budgets
  • Lead cross-functional governance sessions and communicate program status to stakeholders at all levels
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in project implementation, product, or program management
  • Experience in managed care or prescription benefit management preferred
