Job Summary

Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Program Manager, Paid Social, responsible for leading the strategy and execution of paid social campaigns across multiple clients while managing client relationships and monitoring campaign performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy and execution of paid social campaigns, including account strategy development and overall campaign management
  • Monitor campaign performance and budget pacing while proactively identifying areas for efficiency improvements
  • Act as the primary contact for client communication, running meetings and presentations to build and establish client relationships
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of paid social experience with in-depth knowledge of platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok
  • Experience analyzing paid campaign results and developing insights for optimizations
  • Proven ability to manage budgets against defined target goals on CPL, CAC, and ROAS
  • B2B experience with an understanding of sales lifecycle stages is a plus
