Program Manager, Palliative Operations
Job Summary
To support the operational execution and growth of palliative care managed care contracts, the full-time remote Program Manager, Palliative Operations will manage daily operations, oversee palliative support staff, and ensure compliance with performance metrics and contractual requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of managed care organization programs
- Provide oversight to palliative support staff and ensure consistent implementation of workflows and operational standards
- Monitor PMPM managed care contracts, SLAs, and KPIs while identifying operational gaps and developing action plans for improvement
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of healthcare operations or managed care experience
- Experience with PMPM or value-based programs
- Palliative or hospice experience preferred
