Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of partner incentive programs, including design, execution, and performance measurement
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner or channel program management focused on incentive strategy
  • Proven expertise in designing and managing partner incentive programs that align with business goals
  • Strong understanding of global partner ecosystems and go-to-market models
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
