Program Manager, Partner Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Program Manager, Partner Professional Service Specializations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the lifecycle of new partner professional service enablement programs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create program materials and oversee a partner certification program

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in program management, preferably in IT infrastructure or partner reseller environments
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) or equivalent experience
• Understanding of storage migration technologies, IT infrastructure, and cloud environments
• Proven track record of successful partner program development and execution
