Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Inception and Connect Offer Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale the Offer Partner Program, enhancing and expanding existing offers
• Manage the end-to-end partner lifecycle, tracking metrics for offer quality and utilization
• Drive operational excellence in onboarding and coordinate cross-functional launches

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Deep passion for the AI startup landscape and understanding of cloud partnerships
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and standardizing processes
• Proficiency with CRM and project management tools, specifically Salesforce Sales Cloud and Jira
