Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Access & Affordability - Patient Support Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with manufacturers and oversee daily workflow of staff
  • Monitor call center staff interactions and ensure accuracy in communications
  • Provide strategic client management and compile reports and presentations
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Five years of relevant work experience, including call center management
  • Understanding of insurance and adjudication processes
  • Minimum 5-7 years of pharmacy, healthcare, or related work experience
  • 1-2 years of experience using relevant data and products preferred
