Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five years of relevant work experience, including call center management
- Minimum 5-7 years of pharmacy, healthcare, or related work experience
- Understanding of insurance and pharmacy co-pay claims processing
- 1-2 years of experience using relevant data and products preferred
