Job Summary
Overseeing daily operations within the copay support division, the full-time remote Associate Program Manager, Patient Support Services will manage team performance, ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, and optimize workflows to meet departmental goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee performance and manage workloads within the call center to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Collaborate with the Program Director and management to achieve departmental goals and optimize workflows
- Audit team member work for accuracy and provide training and support for continuous development
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 1 year of management or team lead experience
- At least 2 years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, medical billing, or insurance verification
- Experience with insurance eligibility verification and reimbursement processes
- Previous supervisory experience with remote staff
