Job Summary

Overseeing daily operations within the copay support division, the full-time remote Associate Program Manager, Patient Support Services will manage team performance, ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, and optimize workflows to meet departmental goals.

Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee performance and manage workloads within the call center to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Collaborate with the Program Director and management to achieve departmental goals and optimize workflows
  • Audit team member work for accuracy and provide training and support for continuous development
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 1 year of management or team lead experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, medical billing, or insurance verification
  • Experience with insurance eligibility verification and reimbursement processes
  • Previous supervisory experience with remote staff
