Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship lead for assigned health plan partners and conduct performance reviews
• Own internal revenue and performance targets, driving member engagement and revenue-generating initiatives
• Analyze operational data to identify risks and growth opportunities, presenting actionable strategies to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Medicaid Managed Care, population health, or payer-funded programs
• 3+ years of program or project ownership experience
• Direct experience working with Medicaid health plans preferred
• Startup or high-growth experience is strongly valued
• Background in maternal health or Medicaid policy is a plus
