Program Manager, PDLC

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Program Manager, PDLC will operate as an embedded practitioner within engineering and product management teams, facilitating the adoption of the Product Development Life Cycle while contributing to its framework development and managing end-to-end program lifecycles.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach teams on PDLC practices, building trust and understanding of the framework
• Develop and refine processes, documentation, and templates to enhance the PDLC's accessibility and effectiveness
• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned programs, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and addressing risks proactively

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of program management experience in software across multiple teams
• Experience with cross-functional programs through various phases of the product development lifecycle
• Embedded within engineering and/or product management teams, not in a centralized PMO
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence), Notion, and/or Adobe Workfront
• B2B SaaS or enterprise software experience strongly preferred
