Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, People to support the design, delivery, and evolution of people programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end execution of US benefits administration and manage rewards and recognition programs
  • Drive smaller cross-functional People programs, ensuring milestones are met and risks are identified
  • Contribute to benefits planning and vendor evaluation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in people programs, benefits design and administration, or HR operations
  • Strong hands-on experience administering US benefits programs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with rewards and recognition programs is preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
