Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager, People to support the design, delivery, and evolution of people programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of US benefits administration and manage rewards and recognition programs
- Drive smaller cross-functional People programs, ensuring milestones are met and risks are identified
- Contribute to benefits planning and vendor evaluation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in people programs, benefits design and administration, or HR operations
- Strong hands-on experience administering US benefits programs
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with rewards and recognition programs is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
