Key Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional delivery of high-visibility initiatives from concept to implementation
• Establish project governance frameworks to ensure leadership visibility while maintaining team agility
• Anticipate resistance points and develop strategies to drive sustained behavior change and program adoption

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex initiatives in high-growth, remote-first environments
• Expert-level knowledge of Agile and hybrid project management methodologies
• Strong understanding of core HR domains including performance and talent development
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Data-informed mindset with the ability to track and report on program health and impact
