Job Summary
Leading the HR integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions, the full-time Program Manager, People Experience will manage planning and execution of onboarding, change management, and readiness activities while collaborating with various departments in a remote contract role.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end People Experience integration plan, tracking milestones, risks, and readiness checkpoints
- Drive Day 1 readiness planning for employee onboarding, orientation, and reporting structures
- Coordinate job mapping and organizational design activities in partnership with key stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in program management and human resources
- Strong track record in driving cross-functional programs with executive visibility
- Experience in HR Operations, onboarding, systems, and change management
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field
- Experience supporting M&A integrations or enterprise transformation efforts
