Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager, People Operations to drive and scale critical People initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end People programs including onboarding and performance cycles
- Build and scale operational processes to enhance efficiency across People Ops and cross-functional teams
- Leverage data to measure program effectiveness and implement continuous improvements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Program Management, preferably in People Operations or HR
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs from concept to execution
- Experience building and improving People processes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making
- Experience working with HRIS and recruiting systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
