Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, People Operations to drive and scale critical People initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive end-to-end People programs including onboarding and performance cycles
  • Build and scale operational processes to enhance efficiency across People Ops and cross-functional teams
  • Leverage data to measure program effectiveness and implement continuous improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Program Management, preferably in People Operations or HR
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs from concept to execution
  • Experience building and improving People processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making
  • Experience working with HRIS and recruiting systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
