Program Manager, People Programs
Job Summary
To enhance workplace culture and drive retention, the full-time hybrid Program Manager, People Programs will design, launch, and scale core People programs focused on onboarding, performance management, engagement, and talent development while collaborating with HR Business Partners and business leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage employee listening strategies and translate survey data into actionable insights for leadership
- Refine onboarding processes to support hybrid and remote hires from day one
- Develop and maintain a company-wide performance management system in partnership with HRBPs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in HR, People Operations, or Employee Program Management, with 2+ years in engagement or performance management
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience coordinating performance management processes and goal-setting frameworks
- Proven track record of managing programs from design to rollout, including change management
- Ability to analyze survey data and implement practical solutions for employee experience
