Job Summary
Supporting the People Team's transformation, the part-time contractor Program Manager will manage HR programs, streamline processes, and enhance employee experiences while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end coordination of cyclical People Team programs, ensuring precision and transition to scalable solutions
- Design and deliver clear communications about HR processes, enhancing employee understanding and engagement
- Manage learning and development initiatives, including new hire orientation and employee events, in collaboration with cross-functional partners
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, Communications, or Project/Program Management
- Demonstrated program management capability, including project planning and stakeholder communication
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and performance management tools
- Strong written communication skills for translating complex HR content into accessible language
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
