Job Summary

To drive the successful execution of strategic priorities in a remote environment, the full-time Program Manager, People Transformation will manage a portfolio of People Department initiatives, create operational structures, and support project management practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a portfolio of People Department initiatives and projects, ensuring efficient execution
• Partner with the Director to translate strategic priorities into actionable project plans and monitor progress
• Document current processes and develop standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and scalability

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management, project management, or operations experience
• Proficiency with change management methodologies and project management best practices
• Experience documenting business processes and developing operational documentation
• Strong project planning and organization skills
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
