Program Manager, Philanthropy

Job Summary

To support high-impact fundraising initiatives, the full-time salaried Program Manager, Philanthropy will manage the strategic development and execution of direct response campaigns, overseeing all aspects from planning to implementation in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and manages the direct response program roadmap, including campaign calendars and performance goals
• Leads project meetings and ensures integration across marketing and internal teams for campaign execution
• Tracks and reports on program KPIs, optimizing campaign effectiveness through data-driven insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, fundraising, marketing, or a related field
• Five years of project management experience in marketing, communications, or advertising
• Experience in managing direct response fundraising campaigns across various channels
• Strong understanding of philanthropy and mass communications
• Ability to build and manage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
