Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level growth programs, the full-time remote Program Manager, PMI Certified, will oversee new site builds, expansions, and facilities readiness while ensuring alignment with product launch timelines and stakeholder requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure project requirements and customer needs are clearly defined and translated into actionable plans
  • Develop and manage integrated program plans using PMI standards, balancing cost, schedule, scope, and quality
  • Build and lead cross-functional teams to deliver multiple enterprise-level programs, serving as the primary interface with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional, enterprise-level programs
  • Proven experience in delivering facilities-driven or capital-intensive initiatives
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in applying PMI standards across the full project lifecycle
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
