Program Manager, PMO

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, PMO specializing in Smartsheet and Medicaid Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Focus on process improvement, organizational change management, and project management tasks including estimating, scheduling, and risk management
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while establishing processes and tools to increase efficiency
• Proactively assess projects for potential issues and develop solutions across multiple projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with at least 1 PM course required
• 4-7 years of relevant work experience in business, engineering, or a related field, with degree substitution acceptable
• Expert knowledge of project management methods and techniques
• Experience with Smartsheets preferred
• PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt Certification desired
