Job Summary

Leading complex enterprise-wide initiatives, the full-time remote Program Manager, PMP Certified will oversee project execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with strategic goals while driving performance optimization in healthcare settings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise-level projects from initiation to closing, ensuring alignment and visibility of risks
• Serve as the primary execution lead for client engagements, facilitating meetings and developing client-facing materials
• Coordinate internal teams and resources, capturing action items and maintaining accountability across multiple functional areas

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related fields
• PMP certification is required; additional certifications like Lean Six Sigma preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management
• Proven success in leading large, cross-functional initiatives in healthcare or consulting environments
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project
