Program Manager - Power Design

Job Summary

Leading the development and governance of standardized processes for data center power infrastructure, the full-time remote Program Manager - Power Design will manage frameworks for substations, switchyards, and on-site power generation systems while collaborating with engineering experts and utility stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain governance principles and standardized frameworks for power infrastructure projects
• Create and manage program roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables while tracking program risks and readiness
• Coordinate with engineering leaders and third-party resources to capture technical requirements and ensure alignment across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field
• Proven experience in program management within power generation or data center environments
• Strong understanding of utility interconnection and power delivery processes
• Experience developing governance frameworks and stage-gate processes
• Ability to facilitate executive-level reporting and manage stakeholder communications
