Program Manager, Prior Authorizations

Job Summary

Managing multiple concurrent healthcare implementations, the full-time remote Program Manager, Prior Authorizations will lead post-sales projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with strategic goals while maintaining client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day oversight of project deliverables and manage strategic Health Plan implementations
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at various levels within the Health Plan
• Prepare and present implementation materials, including program status updates to C-level stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Experience managing complex implementations and strategic initiatives in the healthcare sector
• Technical familiarity with X12, FHIR, and prior authorization workflows
• Proven ability to work with multiple customer levels, from Project Managers to C-Level Executives
• Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams across technology and business domains
• Strong track record of independently managing projects and delivering outcomes with minimal oversight
