Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Program Manager, Product Management will manage and report on key strategic initiatives, ensuring progress on large-scale product projects such as product modernization and AI integration while providing executive-level status reporting and risk visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support large-scale product projects, partnering with product owners and project teams to ensure timely progress
• Own the creation and maintenance of executive-ready status reports and dashboards for key projects, providing a consolidated view of progress and metrics
• Identify and escalate risks and issues, facilitating project governance and accountability across cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3-5 years of program or project management experience
• Demonstrated experience managing and reporting on strategic projects from initiation through delivery
• Hands-on proficiency using AI tools for project management and reporting
• Proven ability to create accurate executive-level status reports and present project progress to senior leadership
