Job Summary
To operationalize product marketing initiatives, the contract Senior Program Manager, Product Marketing will build and manage the company-wide product marketing calendar, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely execution of product launches and campaigns while working remotely approximately 30 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and maintain the company-wide product marketing calendar, ensuring structure and access model are effective
- Manage day-to-day calendar operations, including logging submissions and validating against product timelines
- Produce weekly reports for the Product Marketing team, highlighting coverage, submissions, and upcoming launches
Required qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience as a program/project manager in marketing, media, or consumer tech
- Proven ability to build cross-company processes and operational systems from the ground up
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with experience in managing calendars and trackers
- Proficiency with project and documentation tools such as Asana and Confluence
- Experience coordinating multi-market launches and localization workflows
