Program Manager, Product Operations

Job Summary

To support the Product & Tech organization, the remote Program Manager, Product Operations will program-manage product and technical initiatives, ensuring cross-team execution from scoping through launch while maintaining project plans and tracking dependencies in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Program-manage product and technical initiatives, driving execution across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data
• Keep programs on track by building and maintaining project plans, mapping dependencies, and tracking risks
• Translate business and partner requests into clear, actionable requirements for product and engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations in a complex, cross-functional environment
• Strong program management fundamentals, including planning, milestone tracking, and risk management
• Experience with documentation and systems thinking, utilizing playbooks and templates for efficiency
• Familiarity with product development lifecycles, integrations, APIs, and data
• Collaborative mindset with high empathy and accountability, committed to supporting teammates and fostering growth
