Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Professional Services Enablement

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute technical enablement initiatives for the Professional Services team
Create training programs, collaborate with internal teams, and monitor program effectiveness
Design and deliver innovative learning solutions and support change management throughout the organization

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in technical enablement program design/development
Proven expertise in new product knowledge, APIs, and global project leadership
Experience in technical enablement program design, content development, and adult learning principles
Proficiency in e-learning software and/or LMS, and familiarity with the payment industry or consulting
