Program Manager, Provider Communications

Job Summary

Supporting the planning and execution of provider communications initiatives, the full-time remote Program Manager, Provider Communications will manage workflows, track deliverables, and coordinate stakeholder dependencies to ensure timely delivery of over 1,300 provider-facing communications annually.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate communication requests, workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
• Maintain communication calendars, project plans, and status reporting while facilitating cross-functional coordination
• Monitor workload and communication volume to support operational planning and resource allocation

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of project coordination, program management, or communications operations experience
• Experience managing projects and workflows using Kanban boards or equivalent project-tracking methodologies
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting
• Experience supporting multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a matrixed organization
• Demonstrated organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
