Program Manager - Public Trust

Job Summary

Leading Technical Support and User Engagement activities for a federal data access program, the full-time Program Manager - Public Trust will oversee program operations, manage Data Use Agreements, and coordinate cross-functional teams, working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for technical support, user engagement, and program operations
• Manage execution of Data Use Agreements (DUAs), Privacy Board activities, and user engagement tasks
• Ensure timely delivery of monthly program performance reports and oversee program reporting and PRA clearance activities

Required qualifications

• PhD in health services, social sciences, economics, or behavioral research
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing projects
• Deep knowledge of federal program operations and procedures
• Experience with CMS data
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust
